Day care
A day with the family
Your dog spends the day with us as part of the family: a woodland walk, time in our secure garden, and a sofa to make themselves at home on.
Location
Our family lives in the Oaklands area of Welwyn next to Mardley Woods, with a secure, private garden for your dog to explore.
Exercise
Our day starts with a 45-minute to 1-hour walk in Sherrardspark or Mardley Woods. This can be adjusted for puppies, elderly dogs or dogs recovering from injuries.
Our facilities
Your dog has access to our secure garden all day. In summer there’s a paddling pool to cool off, and in winter a log burner to warm their paws.
Resident spaniels
Our two resident spaniels, Rosie and Tilly, are always excited to make new friends and welcome new dogs into our home.
Part of the family
Some dogs don’t like to be left alone, so they join in our family life for the day, including the school run.
Individual care plan
We love understanding how we can help and support your dog with any specific behavioural or medical needs.
Prices and booking
Day care is £35 per day, and £30 for each additional dog. Hours are 07:45–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:30–18:00 at weekends, with extra hours at £3 an hour. School holiday and Christmas rates apply.
