Registration

To ensure the health and well-being of all our guests, we have a few administrative steps to complete before welcoming your dog into our home. We appreciate your understanding that this paperwork is essential to ensure every dog arrives and leaves in excellent health!

Registration Forms

All dogs staying with us need to complete a registration form. Once we have completed an initial meet and greet session, please complete our online intake form https://bit.ly/SpanielHouseBoarding.

Vaccinations

An up-to-date veterinary vaccination record must be seen to show that dogs, have current vaccinations against 1. parvovirus 2. distemper 3. hepatitis and 4. leptospirosis. Vaccination against kennel cough (bordetella bronchiseptica or canine parainfluenza virus) is also requested.

Primary vaccination courses must be completed at least 2 weeks before acceptance into boarding.
Vaccines used must be licensed for use in the UK. Homeopathic vaccination is not acceptable.

If you can’t find your vaccination records, just contact your vet for a copy of their health records and that should have all the information needed

Happy Woodland Adventures

We walk our dogs in our local woods so we also ask that all dogs are treated with an appropriate product authorised by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and licensed for use in the UK for external parasites such as fleas, ticks or lice.
